By using GoAffordably.com (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service. The Service is operated by Omnify360 LLC.

Lead-matching service only

GoAffordably.com is a lead-matching platform. We are not a contractor and do not perform contracting work. The contracting relationship is solely between you and the matched pro.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and a property owner (or authorized decision-maker) to request an estimate.

Communications consent

By submitting a request, you authorize GoAffordably and the matched pro to contact you by phone, text, and email about your project. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts.

No warranty

The Service is provided “as is”. Estimates, cost ranges, and rebate guidance are illustrative. We make no warranties about the accuracy of estimates or the quality of any contractor's work. Any contract you sign is solely with the pro.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Omnify360 LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or any contract entered into with a matched pro.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by California law. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
